It's engineered to prevent 2-8°C medicine from exceeding 8°C or dropping below 2°C, safeguarding the efficacy of your medication during transportation.
What sets the CoolMeds GO apart is its innovative cool cage, ideal for holding chunky pens, bottles, vials, and syringes that may not fit in standard isothermal cases. The cool cage ensures even cold distribution and protection for your medication. Consult the provided diagram for a glimpse of what the CoolMeds GO can accommodate.
Monitor your medication's temperature effortlessly with the integrated digital thermometer, eliminating the need to open the case for peace of mind. The case comes complete with internal thermometer batteries (2 x AG13).
Crafted from high-quality materials with multiple insulation layers, the CoolMeds GO features a thermal sleeve that absorbs excess cold, distributing it evenly to the cool cage contents. This safeguards your medication from freezing or overcooling during transport.
Included are two specially shaped CoolMeds cold packs, providing a lasting cooling effect and durability for frequent use. For added convenience, these can be purchased separately, and it's recommended to replace them every 24 months to ensure optimal performance as the gel denatures over time. You can purchase extra cold packs here.
It is highly recommended you do at least one trial run before your journey to make sure you are familiar with using the caseespecially because conditioning the cold packs is the most important step.

HMRC defines “chronically sick or disabled” as physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon his/her ability to carry out everyday activities or a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness – this includes diabetes which will be the main reason for your purchase on our shop.
HMRC defines “personal or domestic use” as goods used for your own private use, rather than for business purposes. It cannot be used by anyone else or “chronically sick or disabled” in general.
Which products are eligible for the relief?
The declaration is only attached to those products with are eligible for the relief. It is only those products which have been designed solely for use by disabled people are eligible for the VAT relief. It is the designer or manufacturer who determines this not Diabetes UK.
